Holland might be called ‘Holland Airport’ because the sky over most of Holland is normally filled with planes – a growing problem the last decade or so , with planes flying over you every two minutes or so at certain times every day … no escape.. the sound of planes everywhere – all within 50-60 km (30-40 miles) from the busy Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol) and the smaller Rotterdam Airport.
