Bread Tasting | Octopus #05 | 20231005 | 1-memo•com | Octopus tasting bread when I was feeding the fish, last month – September 2023 – snorkeling in the Mediterranean, Ionian, Sea at Corfu, Greece. The octopus (Octopus vulgaris) doesn’t care for bread. The fish do ! Later I have been feeding the octopus big prawns … for days … that is fun … the prawn shells are returned empty in a minute or so .. and meticulously cleaned by the sandworms (Alitta virens) living near its hole .. and the visiting fish. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to film the prawn feeding sessions since the octopus had cracked my camera before .. see film Octopus #04 :)
