Tin Can Pinhole Photo

Workshop pinhole photography at SKVR BeeldFabriek (SKVR ImageFactory) September 11, 2011 in Rotterdam, Holland. The ’24 hour culture’ event of Rotterdam (’24 uur cultuur’).
Turn a can into a Camera Obscura and make your own pinhole photo , and print it in a real dark room.
A tin can is used , punched with a pinhole , that has been painted black inside and loaded with photographic paper.
The pinhole is covered with tape , that is removed some 10-15 seconds for exposure of the film when taking the picture.
Your cameraman is taking his pinhole photo of the nearby Rotterdam Erasmus bridge.
The Dutch Youth Accordion Orchestra ( NJAO , MD Marc Belder ) played nearby that day the Sonatina Piccola (Jan Masséus). A second camera (Sony TX7) was used for the documentary.
